Abu Dhabi Grand Prix: Nico Rosberg vs Lewis Hamilton For The Title

F1

Good day everyone, as there's going to be too much excitement and emotion for one writer to cope with, we'll have two people keeping you up to date with the ups and downs of the 2016 season closer. @a_buckmaster & @grahamterris will be here from start to finish - make sure you're here before the 1pm (gmt) start. (and tell your friends too)

Lewis's social media team have gone into full on weird mode...

He's #Blessed, that's why...

Meanwhile, Nico shows where his heart is...

Good afternoon, I'm @a_buckmaster, with @grahamterris alongside me today, and the pitlane is now open for the Abu Dhabi GP, the Duel in the Desert.

👋

This is the biggest race of the year, we are saying goodbye to some legends (and probably a few pay drivers), as well as the title being decided today.

We all have heard the positions Lewis and Nico have to be in to win the Championship, but if you've been under a rock, hhere you go...

But forget the WDC, there is a more important championship on going, the BTM GP Predictor Championship, with the top 4 all within 44 points of each other!

If you're the superstitious type of person, the time when HAM has got pole, he has DNF'd. During the last Duel of the Desert, ROS had a problem, and ended P14.

In a bizarre fashion, Lauda and Wolff confirms if he plays games, ie hits Nico, he will be undercut and lose the race. It's anthem time, with spinning jets and a A380. Oil money, eh?

Graham Terris

If he backs Nico into the pack, that will be the result - Merc will give Nico the undercut.

G - I'm expecting a clean start at the front of the grid and a straightforward 1-2 for the Mercs. Or carnage and social media & forum meltdown.
