Hello, ey up, bonjour. It's cracking the bloody flags in Berlin but that's no excuse not to sit inside and get stuck into some high quality Rugby League. Hull v Cas, cup quarter final, let's get going.

Cas are favourites and rightly so. They've been superb all year. That said, FC turned them over the last time these two met, and with 12 men for the most part. Plus they're (we're, obvs) the defending cup holders. Did I mention that FC won the cup last year? At Wembley too.

It's a strong Cas team. Gale, Eden, Hardaker, McMeekin, Sene-Lafao, talent everywhere. Larne Patrick makes his first appearance of the year from the bench. Junior Moors, often a huge game changer, is injured.

FC welcome back Taylor and Houghton, two of the most important men that we have. A backline that includes Shaul, Fonua, Talanoa and Tuimivave is as strong as we can put out really. Only Sneyd and Ellis missing from our best team by my count.

Arthur Bunting is being honoured by FC today, after his death last week. His family are on the field, as well as a large cohort of players from that early 80s team of his.

A minute's silence for the tragedy in London.

Big crowd in, the sun is shining and we're ready to go! Permit me a "come on you Ullllllllll" and then I'll be as neutral as possible. Not hard, as Cas are a genuine feel good story and one of the most likeable teams in the comp.

0' Cas get us going on Phil Bentham's whistle. This should be a belter.

2' It'll be boiling out there and possession management is crucial. With Sneyd in the side, I'd give that to FC, but without it's anyone's. FC don't start brilliantly, losing count and getting caught on the last.

3' Mahe Fonua tries to drag Shenton into touch and gives away a mindless penalty. He'll do that.
