Olympics

ByTheMinRio2016

It's 2008 in the Birds Nest Stadium! And it's the Men's 100m final, one of the biggest Olympics events! Nathan Waywell here to cover it!

Here's the starting line up...

The worlds fastest man is in it, and he goes by the name of Usain Bolt. Can he make tonight an historic night?!

Some of his toughest competitors for the gold will include Asafa Powell, a fellow Jamaican.

And here we go! Time for the talking to stop, and the running for 10ish seconds to begin!

Bolt currently holds the world record of 9.72, which he set in New York a few months ago. Can he better that tonight?

Here we go! Take your marks...... Set........ HERE WE GO WE ARE OFF!!!!

20M: Powell gets the best start out the blocks, poor start from Bolt though!

40M: Bolt and Thompson starting to gain on Powell. This should be a good finish!

60M: Bolt starting to pull away now. I think he's going to win it by a country mile and maybe lap someone! He's on fire!
