Buzzer. Golden State demolish Cleveland at home in game 2. Cleveland will head home with their tail between their legs from two very sub par performances.

Welcome to today's coverage of game 2 of the NBA finals! What a contest we have here this evening. The Warriors took game 1 with relative ease. We are back at Oracle arena. Where Golden State went 39-2 during the regular season. Perhaps the most troubling aspect of game 1 for the Cavs was the fact that Curry and Thompson were barely involved.

Curry and Thompson combined for just 20 points on 8-27 shooting. Golden States role players just stepped up. Livingston, Barbosa and Bogut were immense. Cleveland had decent games from the usual suspects, including a triple double from LeBron James. Unfortunately their role players struggled. JR Smith went 1-3 in the whole game. Odd for a volume shooter.

In Game 1 Clevelend tried to switch on every high pick and roll as the Thunder did extremely successfully. Unfortunately for them they don't have the same length/rim protection that the thunder have. The Cavs will need to make some major adjustments if they are trying to nick angle in Golden State. Their role players cannot go missing.

Mark Jackson states longingly from the ESPN booth at Steve Kerr while he secretly sticks pins in his Bob Myers vodoo doll under his desk.

We are just moments from tip off!

Q1 11:42 Cavs win the tip. Irving immeadiately knocks down a mid-range jumper off a high pick and roll.

Q1 9:43 Cleveland already with a few offensive rebounds. Green flushed from a great inside pass from Bogut!

Cold start for GS. 2-6.

Q1 7:24 Curry finds Green inside for the easy two. Thompson with the reverse up and under great move in traffic.

Bogut with two blocks early. Denies Smith at the rim. Timeout GS.
