Swimming: James Guy goes for Gold

Here's the schedule for the next couple of hours:

Phelps looking pretty smooth at the halfway point, he's starting to pull away from Kenderesi and Le Clos as they hit the final turn.

Kenderesi has absolutely tanked down the final 50m to surprise Phelps and take first. Phelps comes in second but I think the Hungarian has rattled him here. Le Clos faded in the second half but still came in third.

That's going to be a massive final tomorrow, Phelps and Le Clos will be side by side but they'll both need to be very wary of Kenderesi.

One final break before the last pair of Semi-finals. The star-spangled banner playing out for the Men's 100m Backstroke medal ceremony.

So, a bit of a wait for these last two races. It's the Women's 200m Individual Medley Semi-Finals. Here the first line-up:

Two Brits in this one including Hannah Miley in lane 7. Siobhan-Marie O'Connor goes in lane 5, she qualified second fastest behind Hosszu in the heats.

They're off, O'Connor gets a great start on the butterfly leg, she turns first followed by Aussie Alicia Coutts.

The American Dirado comes back strongly on the backstroke leg, it's her and O'Connor going into the halfway turn. O'Connor starts to pull away on the breaststroke leg and she's look really strong down the last 50m.

Siobhan-Marie O'Connor wins by a body length and sets a new British record in the process! She's followed in by Dirado and Coutts.

Hannah Miley finishes in 7th, don't think that'll be enough for the final.
