Katinka Hosszu takes gold but only just. It took an Olympic Record to beat O'Connor who was coming back the whole way down that final 50m. A brilliant silver for GB!

Time for the final race of the relay and no sooner has Phelps left the medal ceremony he's back out again for the Men's 4x200m Freestyle Relay. Here's the line-up:

Great Britain in with a good shout for a second medal in a row here coming in as fastest qualifiers. James Guy will anchor side by side with, you guessed it, Mr. Phelps.

The Americans are runaway favourites here, but don't let that stop you from getting carried away.

It's Australia from the USA from Japan at the first turn. Australia and USA comfortably ahead towards the end of this first leg, GB down in seventh.

The USA are first in on the second leg, Japan second and Australia third.

Scott has got Great Britain back up to fourth as he tries to chase down the Aussies.

The USA looking very strong as Ryan Lochte dives in for the third leg.

It's still the USA first, Japan second, Australia third, the Russians and the British battling each other for fourth. James Guy will have his work cut out if Britain is to get a medal.

Hold on.....Dan Wallace has got Britain into third place at the final changeover! Phelps already cruising to victory.
