Day Seven! Already! Doesn't time fly? Anyway we have lots to get on with today. I'm Andrew Corcoran and keep this page bookmarked for all of your Team GB update needs right through until around 4am tomorrow morning.

GOLF Justin Rose is underway in the 2nd round of the golf tournament. He pars the 1st hole and stays at -4 overall.

ATHLETICS Underway in the Rio Olympic Arena with the heptathlon. Katarina Johnson-Thompson runs 13.48 in the first event, the 100m hurdles. Not a PB.

ATHLETICS Jessica Ennis-Hill wins her heat of the 100m hurdles comfortably, clocking in a 12.84. There's her authority stamped on this competition!

ROWING No singles sculls final for Alan Campbell. He finishes in 4th place and goes through to the B final.

FENCING Oh so close! The British team lose out 45-43 to the Russians in the quarter finals and are out.

ATHLETICS Michael Rimmer runs well in his heat of the 800m, clocks 1:45.99 to qualify. David Rudisha wins the heat in 1:45.09.

GOLF Justin Rose having a good day so far. He's -2 for the day after 7 holes, -6 overall and just two shots off the gold medal spot.
