Good afternoon, it's the first Saturday in September so it must be time for the London Double Header to kick off the Premiership season, I'm Rob Sutton and I'll be taking you through both matches from Twickenham this afternoon.

A different format for the Double Header than usual today. London Irish have been relegated and Wasps are now in Coventry so we've got Saracens v Worcester (2pm kick off) and Harlequins v Bristol (4.30pm kick off) for your entertainment

So first up Saracens v Worcester, it's the Premiership and European Champions against the side many have tipped to be relegated, in theory this should be a formality for Saracens.

Team news then. Saracens: Goode, Ashton, Bosch, Barritt (C), Maitland, Lozowski, Wigglesworth, M Vunipola, George, Du Plessis, Itoje, Kruis, Wray, Burger, B Vunipola Subs: Brits, Barrington, Figallo, Hamilton, Rhodes, Spencer, Taylor, Ellery.

Worcester: Willison, Hammond, Olivier, Te'o, Vuna, Lamb, Arr, Rapava-Ruskin, Annett, Schonert, Cavubati, Barry, Dowson, Mama, Van Velze (C) Subs: Bregvadze, Leleimalefaga, Johnston, Scotland-Williamson, Faosiliva, Baldwin, Heathcote, Humpreys

Saracens took both meetings last season, 48-18 at home and 19-43 at Sixways, another stroll today?

Twickenham is slowly filling up but I'll be surprised if the crowd exceeds 50,000, a shame really

Here come the teams, Worcester first out in their yellow change strip.

With the whistle today is Matthew Carley.
