MEDAL TABLE UPDATE

A review of a smashing day in the rowing for ParalympicsGB, interviewing the winning mixed coxed fours team of Grace Clough, Dan Brown, James Fox, Pamela Ralph & Oliver James. It would be nice to see mixed team rowing races making it into the Olympics at some point.

Aha! Dwarf Javelin. One of my favourite Paralympic events. Kyron Duke for GB threw 39.30m to finish 6th. Kovan Abdulraheem won gold for Iraq, their first gold at the Paralympics in 12 years.

A replay of the T37 Men's 1500m Final on Channel 4 sees Michael McKillop claim GOLD FOR IRELAND in a time of 4:12.11! He beats Canada's Liam Stanley who stayed on the Irishman's shoulder until the last 200 metres.
