Paralympics: Can Sarah Storey Win Gold In The Road Race?

Good afternoon, Steph here with an afternoon packed with action from the Paralympics. There's swimming, athletics, even archery going on and of course the reason you have me for company is cycling including the legend that is Dame Sarah Storey going for gold number 14!

Here's the schedule of British action this afternoon and I will endeavour to cover as much as I can. 1/2

Hopefully it will be another golden day then. GB are sitting pretty in the medal table.

The cycling first up then. The circuit is similar to the one used in the Olympics, adapted for the different classifications. Today we have B riders (blind with a pilot) later but first the C4/5 riders.

Here's the course map and profile.

Kadeena Cox picked up a hamstring injury in the relay the other night so isn't taking part today. Crystal Lane is there along with Sarah Storey.

The Women's C5 Road Race has just rolled out. It isn't a neutralised start but they are not in any hurry.

Doesn't look like Channel 4 will give much more than occasional updates on the cycling. We're heading to the pool now.

In other news Vicky Jenkins is through to the archery semi-final.
