Swimming. Women's S6 100m freestyle heats now with Ellie Simmonds and Ellie Robinson.

Sadly we missed Ellie Robinson's entrance but she's on the blocks in lane 5 of the first heat. She leads at the turn and just holds off the Aussie. Time: 1.16.76

Heat 2 is won by Savtsova of Ukraine. I'll give you the times of all the qualifiers after the heats. Big cheers for the Nepalese girl who finishes about 2 minutes later than the others! Tremendous effort.

Eliie Simmonds now. Swimming in lane 5. Big rival Mereshko is alongside her. Mereshko takes it out and turns first, 2 seconds ahead of Ellie. Mereshko wins with a Paralympic Record of 1.12.49. Simmonds 2nd.

There's your qualifiers for tonight's final.

SM8 200m Individual Medley heats now. Ollie Hynd is going for GB.

Oliver has lane 4 beside Xu of China. Hynd turns in 3rd after the butterfly leg but stretches away on the backstroke. After the breaststroke leg he has a lead of over 3 seconds and that's enough of a cushion to take it easy on the freestyle. Wins the heat in 2.25.48.

Jessica Stretton has also won her archery quarter final and will meet Vicky Jenkins in the semi.

Stephanie Millward in the Women's S8 IM now. Again lane 4. Turns a close 2nd after the butterfly then pushes a 4 second lead after her favourite backstroke. Holds on with the breaststroke leg and wins the heat comfortably ahead of an Australian and an American. 2.45.91

I'm hearing its "going well" for Sarah Storey, that's as much as I know. Bit of athletics now.
