World Darts Championship

Good evening everyone and welcome to coverage of Day 12 of the PDC World Darts Championship. It's the last three Third Round matches...

...and there's no darts after tonight until Friday afternoon! We can get through the New Year horror by looking forward to that, at least.

@Ugster1 to kick things off this evening. We start with Peter Wright v Dave Chisnall, followed by Alan Norris v Mark Webster...

...and close with Mr Taylor v Jelle Klassen. If we get some darts as good as a certain match last night, it'll be a treat.

Don't be shy - feel free to leave any comments via the coverage. No darts yet - Sky chaps in their interchangable shirts chatting.

In advance of the first game, some tourney stats for you, Wright first: Average: 97.74 v 101.37. Checkout: 40.38% v 38.98%.

For what it's worth, I'm going to go for Wright in a close one. Right, players being introduced - live darts moments away!

It's Chisnall with the darts - game on!

Great start from Wright - 11 darter, with a two dart 90 finish, gives him the early break. Winner of this plays Lewis in quarters.

Well, this is already shaping up rather well - 12 darts for Chisnall gets the break straight back, excellent 121 checkout.
