Good evening everyone, Rob Sutton in the chair for night two from the World Darts Championship, three 1st Round and one Preliminary Round match coming up from the Ally Pally tonight.

Cracking opening night last night, Gary Anderson sweeping through, Kevin Painter rolled back the years and Michael Smith and Ricky Evans played out a classic.

Crowd in good voice, lord knows what time they started, it is Friday night after all.

Getting ready then for our first match on stage tonight, Jerry Hendriks one of the youngest players in the tournament against the oldest Warren Parry, winner plays Peter Wright in the final match

Both players are walking on together to Freed from Desire, wonderful choice.

Hendriks in truth looks like a competition winner, some interesting dance moves.

Warren Parry to throw first, GAME ON!

The Prelim matches by the way are best of 3 sets rather than best of 5.

Some proper Prelim standard, Hendricks scores 22 with one visit. Parry finishes off at D10, 0-1.
