Sunday Live

Morning Everyone - A whole load of sport on the go today, and whilst we can't cover everything Minute by Minute (as much as we would love to!!) we can at least keep you updated with results etc as the day goes on. Think of me as your Des Lynam and this as your Sunday Grandstand

So already this morning on By The Minute we have had coverage of the opening run of the Men's Slalom at the World ALpine Skiing Championships in St Moritz. It's Austria across the board in the medal positions, but GB's Dave Ryding is well placed in 4th.

If you want to read full coverage of how the first run went, then here is how Graham Terris saw it

CRICKET - We currently have a thrilling finale in the ODI between New Zealand and South Africa in Hamilton. The South African's need 2 to win with just two balls remaining.

It's been a rain delayed and interrupted game so the target for South Africa was 208 from 34 overs. AB de Villiers is on strike and has won it with a four down the ground to win it by 4 wickets with a ball to spare.

Final Scorecard - NEW ZEALAND 207/7 lost to SOUTH AFRICA 210/6 by 4 wickets

FOOTBALL - It's a busy day of action with matches in the FA Cup, SPFL and all around Europe to keep an eye on. However the first game of the day has taken place down under in the A League where Melbourne Victory won at the Central Coast Mariners 3-0.

GOLF - Brett Rumford has won the inaugural World Super 6 tournament in Perth this morning. The event saw 54 holes of stroke play provide a field of 24 for a 6 hole matchplay knockout tournament for the final day. He beat Khongwatmai of Thailand 2 & 1 in the final.

TENNIS - The WTA Tour is in Dubai with Sam Stosur and Kai-Lin Zhang currently on court. The Aussie is serving for the first set at 5-3

I'll keep an eye on how that goes as well as everything else that is happening as the day goes on. I'll be back soon with more updates.
