Hello guys and welcome to stage 5 of the Amgen Tour of California, and what a stage we have, the Queen stage, the big GC shakeup and it'll all take place on the summit finish at Mount Baldy, I'm Chris Rolfe and i'll be taking you through the last 50km of this stage

we have a 15 man break, none of whom are of any threat on GC, Greg Henderson the closest, 4:43 down on leader Rafal Majka

Here's today's profile

2 Cat 1 climbs and the HC climb up to Baldy today, right a quick update of who's in the break

Greg Henderson, Tiago Machado, Matteo Trentin, Pete Kennaugh, World Champion Peter Sagan, Rob Britton, yesterdays stage winner Evan Huffman, Yoann Bagot, Nils Politt, Lennard Hofstede, Reinhardt Janse van Rensburg, Jack Bauer, Bertjan Lindeman, Daniel Jaramillo and Truls Korsaeth

They currently have a lead of 3:05 with 48.5km/30miles to race

Lets have a look at the jersey wearers, Rafal Majka wears yellow with a 2 second lead over George Bennett on GC, Jaramillo leads the KOM and wears the polka dot jersey with a 8 point lead over Scott Thwaites, Peter Sagan, winner of stage 3, wears green as points jersey leader

Lachlan Morton has a 32 second advantage over 4 riders in the fight for the young riders jersey and he's in white and finally Evan Huffman wears the light blue jersey as the most courageous breakaway rider courtesy of his stage win yesterday

So 3 of the 5 jersey wearers are in the break, they've already crested the Glendora Ridge Road summit, Jaramillo taking the points there to extend his lead in the KOM

They've since descended from that climb and are now heading for the second intermediate sprint, Sagan picking up 2 points at the first, before heading up the Glendora Mountain road where Jaramillo will be looking for 8 more points to all but wrap up the KOM contest
