Gatland with a poor clearance or attempted up-and-under – I genuinely can't tell which – but the Lions cough the ball up and the Baabaas manage to work their way up the field. Lions regather but take it off the field, Baabaas lineout on their own 10 metre line.

Stuart Barnes thinks the Lions will come out of this with a win, but that they need momentum too. Right now I'd take the win, thanks.

Baabaas ball in the Lions half, but the tourists turn it over and run it back over halfway. I think that's the most progress they've made with ball in hand all day... and they've knocked it on as well.

Tell you what, that was a SUPERB hit from Anderson-Heather to force Alun Wyn Jones into that knock-on. Notable change for the Lions – Sexton off, Farrell on. Henderson replaced by Kruis too. Jamie George also took the field making it look like a Saracens invasion, but there were some crossed wires there.

Kyle Sinckler goes from the sublime to the... well, not ridiculous, but a little rash. He taps a Lions penalty and runs it, but gets himself isolated on the floor and gives up a penalty immediately. Poor. Lions change the entire front row, as well as... Kruis for Henderson, which I thought had already happened. Crossed wires indeed.

Kick through puts the Barbarians under massive pressure near their own try line, forcing Gatland into another wayward clearance. Lions coming back at them now.

TRY LIONS! ANTHONY WATSON IN THE CORNER!

Finally. Anthony Watson takes the honour of the first try on tour. Lovely break from Ross Moriarty to set that up. It took a while, but it's here, and the Lions have the lead. Farrell doesn't keep us waiting for the first conversion, either – his kick from wide right just sneaks inside the left-hand post. Suddenly it all feels a lot calmer.

Well, I don't know how much of this is down to Farrell dictating a different tempo to Sexton, but the Lions seem to have come alive! The Baabaas defence is still slowing them down solidly (and in fact has just forced another knock on), but the touring side suddenly have a lot more spark about them. Could be more tries in this (as you'd hope from a Barbarians game with 25 minutes left)!

Baabaas playing the territory game now – Gatland kicks deep to peg the Lions back. Interesting!
