US Open: Final Round

Good evening folks! It's showtime at the US Open. 9 players within 4 shots of the lead and not a single major between them. I'm Howard Crossland, your host for the next two hours.

The leading groups will be teeing off in around 90 minutes from now, with Brian Harman and Justin Thomas in the final pairing at 8.54pm UK time.

I'm going with Koepka to take the title. T4 at the PGA last year, T11 at this year's Masters, plus top tens in this event and The Open a few years back - yet seems to quietly go about his business. Who's your pick?

Very windy at Erin Hills today, flags blowing strongly above the grandstands. Spieth the only mover of note so far today, -3 putting him at +1 overall, as he rolls a big one past for birdie at 15.

Cameron Champ has just teed off, starting at -4. If he wins I expect he'll be celebrating like this.

Or even if he doesn't, as technically he could say that when he goes to the bathroom.

Lots of local hero Stricker sightings at this time, he misses his par putt at 3 and drops back to -1.

The Champ is here on the green at 1... and misses his par putt, comfortably.

Leaderboard at 9.00pm: -12: Harman (1), Koepka (1) -11: Fowler (2), Thomas (1) Fleetwood (1) -9: Kim (2), Henley (2), Matsuyama (5) -8: Reed (2), Hoffman (3), Steele (3)

Pepperell and Garcia tee-ing off now, both decent drives. More shots of Fleetwood, who still has an hour and a half to kill before he can get going. Annoying that isn't it. Kind of his own fault for getting there so early though, eager beaver. Could've squeezed in another Netflix.
