Evening everyone. It's the biggest card of the year so far, as UFC 214 hits Anaheim, California with three title fights, culminating in the Cormier-Jones rematch. Biggest fight of the year? Absolutely? Biggest fight of all time like some are claiming? Can't agree, but it's pretty damn big! I'm Jody Jamieson, and I'll be taking you from the first prelim to the main event. Here's your card.

After many false starts in 2017, this is UFC's chance to get some momentum under a lacklustre year so far. Prelims coming up in moments on UFC Fight Pass.

And we're live! Jon Anik, Joe Rogan and Dominick Cruz have the call tonight.

New unified rules are in effect tonight. Almost time for the first bout!

Josh Burkman vs. Drew Dober We open in the lightweight division and for Burkman, we're hitting desperation times. A loser of 5 of his last 6 and his last three straight, he's likely still around for his aptitude for an entertaining bout. Dober knocked down Olivier Aubin-Mercier last time out at UFC 206, but ended up getting choked out. Someone gets back in the win column next!

Burkman vs. Dober likely to be a good stand up bout, and a hell of a way to kick off the card.

Burkman vs. Dober. Dober goes in as the strongest favourite on the prelims. Bruce Buffer's jacket is splendid. Jason Herzog is the ref. And the prelims are underway!

Dober immediately takes the centre, as they trade early leg kicks.

Dober stuffs a takedown attempts with double underhooks, and uses it to turn Burkman and drive him against the cage. They trade knees in the clinch.

Dober still controlling position. Lands a short knee to the head. Burkman able to fight his way out.
