Hi everyone, I'm @T2Va, here to bring you the action from the second round at Quail Hollow. Kevin Kisner leads at -6, two ahead of the unlikely trio of D.A. Points, Grayson Murray, and Thorbjorn Olesen.

In the morning's featured group, Rory McIlroy has forgotten how to putt and Jon Rahm is struggling; they are both hovering on or near the projected cut line while their playing partner, Rickie Fowler, lurks at -3.

As TV coverage starts, Points birdies 15 to move to one shot behind Kisner.

Fowler's approach at 8 is well away from the flag, but on the green. Routine par, which is not nothing in the US Open-like conditions.

Kisner is on the par-5 7th; his second winds up just short of the green. Rory birdies 8, his second in a row, and is back to safety at +2.

Murray bogeys the 11th to drop back to -3, 3 behind Kisner.

Phil Mickelson is +11 and finishing on the 9th. His trousers appear to be intact.

TV chat time in the US, currently devoted to Jordan Spieth's putting woes yesterday. He tees off in 25 minutes.

WOW! Kisner chips in for eagle at 7! He leads by three at -8.

Kisner left himself a straight uphill chip to the front hole location and the ball hopped and rolled as smoothly as any putt, straight in.
