World Darts Championship

The schedule: Keegan Brown 4 v 2 Zoran Lerchbacher (3-1, 2-3, 3-2, 0-3, 3-2, 3-2) Michael Smith 3 v 4 Rob Cross (3-0, 2-3, 2-3, 3-0, 3-0, 2-3, 1-3) Steve West 4 v 1 Jermaine Wattimena (3-2, 3-1, 3-0, 0-3, 3-0)

JW with the darts will throw for the set. Solid two treble scores should be enough to keep West at bay

JW leaves 16. West on 150 got nowhere near it. He'll come back for 105 though as JW misses 2 more set darts.

1 dart at tops is wayward. JW for the madhouse bursts his score and now West mops up D10 and will throw for the set. Maybe he has gotten into JW's head

JW first to a finish, leaving 161. West down to 62. Pressure tells, JW only down to 102. West needs just two darts from 62 and somehow he's taken the set.

Finishing, or lack of it from JW, the big difference in the opening set.

JW gets us under way in Set 2. Not impressive so far.

West, was looking good in that leg, wired the Bull and JW steps up to nail 106.

5 perfect darts then a deflection into single 1 has West in pole position to hold. Bounce out punishes him, JW doesn't.

1-1!!! 160 finish from West... not even noticed by the crowd.

West had a shot at 130, he's left tops. JW didn't sniff at his 142
