PDC World Championships

This afternoon's menage a trois is: Toni Alcinas 0 v 4 Darren Webster (1-3, 1-3, 2-3, 0-3) Mensur Suljovic 0 v 4 Dimitri Van den Bergh (1-3, 1-3, 2-3, 1-3) John Henderson 1 v 4 Rob Cross (1-3, 2-3, 3-1,1-3, 0-3)

That's it for this afternoon. The final quarter final places will be filled this evening as Jamie Lewis plays James Richardson, Phil Taylor takes on Keegan Brown and Gary Anderson meets Steve West. Until then, cheers!

Cross just a sliver under 100 average, and mighty on the outshots. No one will want to play him in these later rounds.

D16.... a 10-dart final leg from Cross just underlines his domination of that match. A purple patch of big finishes gave Hendo a glimmer of hope, but in the end it was all under the Englishman's control

A 180 start is just impossible for Hendo to counter. A 140 follow up has him in complete control

D12 seals a break, and Cross will throw for the match

26 will leave Hendo grasping to hold here... big outshots won't go in in every leg and that's what Hendo has been reduced to

Doesn't in the first leg.

Hendo has to fins a way to break the throw

Off we go then for likely the final set of the afternoon

Scoring has levelled out, Cross though putting in the scores when it matters most, and is ruthless on a finish
