RB Leipzig

Bayer Leverkusen

Hello, and welcome to RB Leipzig vs Bayer Leverkusen - I'm Andy Stanford and here are the teams

RB Leipzig: Peter Gulacsi Lukas Klosetermann Willi Orban Dayotchanculle Upamecano Bernado Kevin Kampl Naby Keita Marcel Sabitzer Emil Forserg Yussuf Poulsen Timo Werner

Bayer Leverkusen: Bernd Leno Lars Bender Jonathan Tah Sven Bender Wendell J Baumgartlinger Charles Aranguiz Julian Brandt Kai Havertz Leon Bailey Kevin Volland

This a huge game for 4th, Leipzig are 5th on goal difference and Leverkusen are just a goal behind. A point takes Leipzig 4th whereas only a win will do for Leverkusen. With only 5 games to go after this, let's hope that both teams will go for it tonight

And we're off! There's been some fan protests about Monday evening kick off times, but there's a good atmosphere at the sexily named Red Bull Arena Leipzig.

Leverkusen have a free kick wide on the right and Jonathan Tah heads it across to Baumgartlinger at the far post, who forces a save from Gulacsi

It's a fast start from Leverkusen, who are putting pressure on Leipzig early, but their two corners have come to nothing so far.

Leipzig's first foray forward comes from Liverpool-bound Naby Keita, who wins the ball in a packed midfield and breaks forward. However, his cross is easy for the goalie to take.

Julian Brandt has got in behind on the left hand side for Leverkusen, but support is a bit slow in coming and he can't pick out a pass. It's very tight in the midfield third at the moment, but it means both teams have the chance to exploit space in behind.

Just call me mystic Andy - Forsberg's flick on finds Timo Werner for Leipzig, but his shot is deflected behind for the home team's first corner.
