2km to the final intermediate sprint of the day in Pickering. After that its the run to Cote de Silpho! We do that then I'll make my way to the finish. De Greef beats Kenway and McEvoy to the intermediate sprint by the way. 80km to go.

Also going to keep an eye on the Giro d'Italia. Not long to go there, 12km to be exact. 76km to go in Yorkshire too. Two races on the go now guys.

Elia Viviani takes the win on stage 2 of the Giro d'Italia!! Jakub Marezsko and Sam Bennett taking 2nd and third! Great sprint by the young Italian in 2nd. Anyway, back to Yorkshire... 65km to go with 2'16" gap. Waiting for Silpho to rear its head.

I could seriously see Magnus Cort Nielsen taking todays stage. It wouldn't surprise me at all! I'm still feeling it for Phil Bauhaus.

60km to go. 2'19" gap. Looking good for the peloton at the moment. Most likely seeing our first bunch sprint of this years race! Which is bizarre!

Ey up we're about to start the Cote de Silpho! Final categorised climb of today. Pete Williams will be giving his all but McEvoy will do what he can to defend his teammates, Cuming, chances to take the red KOM jersey.

Mike Cuming is right at the back of the peloton. He knows he won't be contesting this today. Its a big day for that jersey tomorrow. 54km to go with a 2'20" gap to the break.

More news from the Giro is that Rohan Dennis has taken the Maglia Rosa thanks to winning the intermediate sprint! Dumoulin will be very pleased I think, he remains very well placed in GC but doesn't have the pressure of the jersey on his team just yet!

We're on the Silpho here at the TdY, looks like a good little climb. Kenway is swaying all over the place, bobbing in and out of the saddle. Williams and McEvoy are the men to watch. 51km to go, peloton are 2'16" behind.
