Its time for Park Rash! 2.2km at an average of over 10%. Rossetto may regret attacking early. Oh wow Rossetto is really hurting. Big crowd up on this amazing climb. Will BMC try something behind? This climb could absolutely destroy Astana. 113km to go. gap back to th peloton is 5'46".

Tom Pidcock has made it into this chase group which is great. I would love to see him to attack. Astana are already hurting and they're not even near Park Rash. Still 113km to go, wow. 6'14" gap. Chase group on Park Rash now.

Pidcock is struggling. He's out the back. Rossetto stil pushing away. He's 1km from the top. Baylis and Cullaigh out the back of the chase.

The peloton has now finally started the Park Rash. Every rider now on the vicious climb. Rossetto on the final ramp.

1km to the top for the chase. Baylis and Pidcock have got back. Christian, Bravo and Cras are looking great in there. Ooh Pidcock and Ligthart are really struggling on this final kick. Chavanel looks great as does Doull, Davies, Coquard and Bookwalter.

Chavanel went back to his car then lost touch with the break now he has to chase back. Astana have lost a couple of men but they are going at it with a slow pace. Big big gaps to the break now. 106km to go. Hindley, Murphy and C.Swift are the other riders in the chase I haven't mentioned. 8'22" gap.

100km to go. The peloton is a long long at off Bookwalter and co. They're 4 mins don on the chase and Rossetto is 8'41" ahead.

Here is the stage profile. We've done Park Rash and are over the other side.

The race is falling into the hands of Chavanel, Bookwalter and Cras who are surely the three strongest riders up there. Doull and Pidcock also look very good. Of course Coquard is a great card for Vital Concept for the sprint.

We're near Middleham now for the feed. Rossetto still pushing well. So strong. Really don't know who will win today. Rossetto could do an amazing rider and take it, we could see a winner from this chase, so Coquard or Bookwalter I reckon or, if the peloton gets back, Cort Nielsen in my mind would take it. But Astana aren't riding well at all.
