130 & 64/0

Good morning and welcome back to our coverage of the Ireland v Pakistan Test match. I'm Mel (@MissMelanie_H) and will be here all day with the action.

Ireland started yesterday well getting the Pakistani batsmen 159/6 but then Shadab Khan and Faheem Ashfraf built up a partnership of 109* leaving them 268/6 when the weather came in after 76 over yesterday. So Faheem starts on 61 and Shadab 52 to start day 3 (the first day having been washed out).

The president of Ireland is here today and is greeting the two teams under glorious sunshine at Malahide. Thankfully it is nice there considering it is cool and miserable here in Norwich.

PAK 268/6 (76) The players are coming out with Shadab Khan and Faheem Ashraf ready to face Tyrone Kane.

PAK 269/6 (77) It takes four balls but then Shadab is off the mark this morning with a single. There is a bit of cloud cover coming over but nothing threatening.

PAK 271/6 (78) Wilson is off the field for the moment - injury during the warm up needing some ice on his elbow. McBrine is the sub fielder. Stuart Thompson takes the second over of the day. Both batsmen get a ball through the infield for a single.

PAK 272/6 (79) They decide against a quick single when Porterfield shies at the stumps. Edged but falls short of the slips and they can run a quick single.

PAK 275/6 (80), Faheem 65*, Shadab 55* They are exchanging singles this morning but another gentle start to the day.

WICKET! PAK 276/7 (80.4) Tim Murtagh comes into the attack but they are sticking to the old ball for the moment. New ball taken after two balls from Murtagh and they add an extra slip. And the new ball works two balls later when Shadab is given out LBW. No DRS but that might have been slipping down.

PAK 276/7 (81) New batsman is Mohammad Amir.
